Long term (20 year) loan programs for residential and commercial are administered through the CaliforniaFIRST program that all cities in Ventura county are participants of.

SoCal Solar also arranges financing for business and non profit solar projects ranging from terms of 10 - 20 years. We also provide financing arrangement and installation service on  large scale projects above 2 million in value. As with all our projects, we are dedicated toward energy efficiency to maximize on available renewable resources.

Ventura enjoys low cost permitting for solar projects. Ventura county is no cost for residential solar permits. The City of Ventura offers low cost permit fee and a grant program that eliminates the fee on application. 

The Ventura region enjoys the involvement of several noteworthy groups and organizations, who are facilitators, guides, and catalysts for the urban revitalization toward sustainable communities.
